Hello there! We are subletting our apartment from June 1 - July 13. It's the perfect spot for an individual/couple to spend the summer living/working in the center of Williamsburg.
The dates are flexible +/- a few days on both sides, so contact us if you'd need to adjust a few days.
The main bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom-turned-office has 2 workstations and a pull out couch. There is also a 3rd working station next to the kitchen table. The large south-facing windows bring in a lot of sun during the day, and the blackout curtains make it easy to sleep at night.

- 10min walk to Metropolitan Ave G station
- 10min walk to Marcy Ave J/Z/M station
The neighborhood:
- Restaurants on Bedford and Grand streets are <5min walk
- Domino Park <5min walk
No pets allowed, sorry!
It's a nice apartment in a fun neighborhood, we hope you find it as much as a home as we do!
About This Lister
We are an international couple who travels often. We are very friendly with our super and doormen, and hope you will be too!
We will show the space ourselves over zoom, or in person if you are in the neighborhood.

Rental requirements
- $4800/month. Pro-rated for this period (1.5 months) is $7200.
- To be paid upfront to reserve the sublet: first month payment ($4800) + 50% security deposit ($2400) which will be returned ASAP after checking out.
- On July 1: Pro-rated amount for July ($2400)
- Signed agreement.
- It is a quiet building, so we're looking for someone who's friendly and respectful especially to our neighbors (i.e., keeps the noise down at night, no large parties, etc.). Ideally, we would like to continue subletting to you in the future.
