Hello! I am looking for someone to sublet my room/apartment from mid June--end of August (start dates can be flexible if need be, and I can possibly extend the stay until mid September if need be).

The apartment is a spacious 2 bed /2 bath with two floors and a roof terrace, The bedroom is light and airy, and is adjacent to a spacious and light dining room with huge french windows, a living room, and a fully stocked kitchen. You will have access to the downstairs/your own bathroom, office and living room.

Laundry is in the building and, apartment will come fully furnished. Each room also has a built in AC unit

You will be sharing the space with one other person who lives on the top floor (not photographed). He is an incredibly kind and conscientious roommate, who works 9-6 at an office most days. This makes it very conducive to a WFH situation if need be.

We are located right in the heart of Bedstuy, close to grocery stores, restaurants, all of Bedstuy’s best bars, and are a 10 min walk from the A/C train. We are also close (~1.5 mi or less) to all your other favorite Brooklyn neighborhoods like Clinton Hill, Crown Hts, Ft Greene, downtown Brooklyn, Prospect Hts and Williamsburg.
