This studio is on the 10th floor of a 16 floor building with 3 elevators, very close to Prospect Park's B & Q line stops. You can be in Manhattan in just 15 minutes.

Everything is included in the rent (gas, water, heating, and wifi) except for electricity that will be billed monthly.

The apartment has a wonderful alcove area for the bedroom that is tucked away near the bathroom. The kitchen is also separated from the main room so it feels more like a 1 bedroom than a studio itself. It comes with a new Queen size bed.

There's a washing machine and a dryer on every floor, prepaid card operated (you won't need to leave the building to do your laundry). You can always use another floor's laundry room if yours is taken.

The apartment comes fully furnished with everything that you need to stay there (I will provide bed sheets and towels as well).
There's an empty double closet and a chest of drawers to store your clothing.

The neighborhood (Prospect Lefferts Gardens) is very lively, especially in summer. You have tons of restaurants and coffee shops, as well as Smorgasburg every Sunday, at the entrance of Prospect Park, next to the subway. Two supermarkets are within walking distance from the place.

The dates could be extended from September onwards and maybe if someone really needs to move July 1st we can try to work it out.
