I'm a coach, artist, adjunct profession, and non-binary hottie living in Queens with my adorable spouse and two non-human children (1980's French touring bicycle and cat).

I’m also a chronically ill neurodivergent of the AuDHD variety, so if you want someone who KNOWS, first hand, how to get the best out of your wild and wonderful brain—

Background and Expertise

My coaching is backed up with years of training and experience getting clients the changes they're looking for. Because I'm an abolitionist practitioner, I don't lay claim to certifications as a marker of my expertise. My learning is always ongoing and the expertise I do have, I bring as a tool for collaborating with *your expertise* of what best serves you/your brain.

Hot take? Certifications and prestigious posts can be indicators of competence but they're never guarantees of how a coaching relationship will take shape.
