A sliding scale is available if you’re experiencing financial hardship.

Meditation reduces anxiety, heals trauma and addictions, shifts your mindset to a positive state, brings joy into daily life, helps forget painful memories, increases concentration, gives us strength to face life and mind challenges with courage, and brings a deep sense of “everything is okay.” It helps us become healthier and happier, and supports us in focusing on our soul’s journey sincerely—without using any substances.

Meditation doesn’t need bells and whistles to channel aliens, other planets, or parallel realities. We work with the present moment, deeply, and connect with our true self.

About this Lister

I grew up in South Korea, listening to my grandmother’s chanting. She was a good Buddhist and a very positive person. Later on, I got into yoga to reduce stress, and that naturally led me to start meditating and eventually I became a teacher in a studio in Williamsburg.

My life in New York for 16 years completely changed once I began listening to my heart through calmness and courage as I sincerely practiced meditation. Since then, I’ve studied and taught meditation and yoga for over 8 years—on and off, both in-person and online—to people of all ages and backgrounds, including in Sweden, South Korea, and the U.S. mainland and Hawai'i. Through this journey, I’ve realized that for many, learning meditation is actually more challenging than learning yoga poses, and even so-called yoga people hardly meditate. I’ve also found that connecting in 1:1 or small group in online settings helps people relax and truly be themselves in meditation.

I live and study half of each year in an ashram (monastery) in South India. I believe the most important thing in life is mental health. Whatever problems we face, it’s okay—we can feel better through meditation practice. I personally went through a deep transformation: from constant self-doubt, worry, and a messy lifestyle—feeling out of control, stuck in cycles of doing what I didn’t want to do, wasting time and money, and thinking that was “going with the flow.”

Over the years, I’ve traveled to sacred places, done pilgrimages to temples and ashrams, and practiced many methods. I’ve also volunteered extensively in hospices, schools, and G20 and translated spiritual books into Korean to share the benefits of practicing meditation. I’ve come to believe that meditation is the strongest spiritual practice—it helps us walk the talk. The journey is profound and filled with clarity, genuine insight, and true wisdom. I want to dedicate my life to sharing this experience with as many people as possible.

The techniques that have helped me most are chanting mantras and practicing forgiveness. It just takes practice and the willingness to take action. Meditation is a gym for the mind.

Background and Expertise

I have over 8 years of experience teaching yoga and meditation to people of all ages and backgrounds, both in person and online. My teaching style blends traditional techniques such as mantra chanting, breathwork, Ho'oponopono, Mindfulness and guided meditation with a practical, trauma-informed approach that meets each person where they are.

I’ve taught internationally—including in Sweden, South Korea, and the U.S.—and currently split my time between the U.S. and an ashram in South India, where I continue my own spiritual study and practice. In addition to teaching, I’ve volunteered extensively in wellness and spiritual communities and have translated several spiritual books into Korean, helping to make these teachings accessible to a wider audience.

I’m passionate about sharing the deep benefits of meditation in a grounded, sincere, and accessible way for anyone seeking alignment with their true self.
