We are subletting our Bed Stuy garden apartment while we are traveling over the summer! It is a gorgeous space (the pics speak for themselves!) and our good friends who live above us are our landlords.

It is a one bedroom with a second small room that we use as an office.

It is available during two chunks of time:

7/21-7/30 (9 nights)- $85/night x 9 = $765

8/6-8/15 (9 nights)- $85/night x 9 = $765

Things to note:

**dishwasher
**well functioning AC in bedroom & living space
**reliable wifi
**completely furnished & lived in, but we will clear some closet & dresser space before leaving!
**garden access! A particularly beautiful one at that! (It will be shared with our friends who live upstairs—we’d be sure to acquaint you in advance and provide some ground rules for good sharing :)
**our stove/oven is currently out of commission— the house has been newly renovated so the gas has had a bit of a delay on it. However, there is a stovetop burner that we have been using to cook— & a high quality air fryer/oven that does everything an oven does, & more! We also have a great toaster, espresso machine & kettle.
