I'm going to be out of town for work this July and August and am subletting my apartment to an individual or couple. It's a 1.5 bedroom apartment because the bedroom is small and cozy fitting a queen sized bed and some shelves.  It also has a separate large kitchen, bathroom, and an even bigger living room/office that has a large sleepable couch and it's own door.  The apartment is super spacious, sunny, has a great airflow with windows on both sides, and is very peaceful and quiet because it's a back-house apartment.  The neighbors are super chill and nice.  

It's a 5 min walk to the Graham L stop (and the Grand as well) and is a 10 minute walk to the Metropolitan Ave. G.   It's walking distance to the Williamsburg waterfront, Greenpoint, and Bushwick.  It's very close to some really amazing restaurants, shopping, and parks.  Laundry is a block away, and if you have a car it's really easy to street park.  I love this neighborhood.  It has all the perks of Williamsburg but without the tourists and hustle bustle.
