Plants in photo won't be there, so you have even more space in the front. No laundry, but laundromat close by.
Utilities included (electricity, gas, water, and wifi).
No pets (allergies), no smoking inside and no parties.
In addition to rent there is a security deposit (in case of damages which will be returned end of the sublet once apartment is inspected): $1000 and $200 onetime cleaning fee.
