The room is private with nice natural light and a shared bathroom. Rent is $1,500/month, not including utilities and internet, which usually come out to $100–150/month depending on the season and usage. washer and dryer in unit.
Ideal move-in is February 1 for a 1-year lease and potential to re-sign. A credit check is required, along with proof of income/work, and references if needed. The unit will be getting freshly painted and touched up within the next weeks. Everything works amazing and I have never had any major issues with anything, the landlord is a solid lad.
A bit about me: I’m a creative professional with a hybrid work schedule. I keep a clean, respectful home and value a chill, comfortable living environment. I love this area and apartment and have the opportunity to take over the lease considering my roommates moved out. I’d prefer to live with someone who doesn’t work from home full-time.
