A rare Brooklyn rental that feels more like a private townhouse than a typical apartment.
Newly finished in 2024!!!
This thoughtfully designed duplex offers roughly 1,800 square feet of interior space, a landscaped backyard with built-in grill and outdoor kitchen, and rare private parking with both a garage and driveway comfortably fitting two cars.
The main level features an open living/dining area, full kitchen, primary bedroom, and full bath, with oversized windows and great natural light throughout.
Downstairs, the finished lower level features soaring 9-foot ceilings, high-end finishes, and a second full bathroom. The space is currently configured with two additional sleeping areas, office, and a second living room. A large glass door brings in natural light and creates an airy feel rarely found in lower levels.
Two of the three bedroom have an intricate custom built in closet setup that is great for prime storage and organization.
Additional features include in-unit washer/dryer, custom storage unit outside the unit door (8x8) and mudroom space, central air, and a quiet residential block with easy access to the JMZ at Myrtle or Kosciuszko, with the B38 directly outside.
We’ve loved living here and put a lot of care into the space. Looking for someone who will appreciate a unique, well-designed home with room to spread out.
More than happy to provide a video tour or schedule an in-person tour.
The home is also listed with a broker on the major rental sites who would handle the lease process, but there is no fee. We wanted to post here as well since it felt like a good fit for the space and community.
Minimum year long lease but open to a longer agreement upfront.
I work as a music agent representing touring artists and events across North America, and my wife works in special education leadership. We’ve spent the last 13+ years building a life in Brooklyn and genuinely love the
neighborhood, the community, and this home which we have owned the last two years.
A lot of care went into designing and improving the space over the years, especially the backyard and lower level, and we’re hoping to find tenants who will appreciate it the way we have. We’re relocating to Nashville for a new chapter professionally and personally, but Bed-Stuy will always feel like home to us.
