$1,850 a month room in Bushwick, Brooklyn, New York. 3/1/26- 7/14/26. I'm subleting my room in a 2 bedroom. My room is right on Maria Hernandez park in Bushwick, off the Jefferson L stop. This location is amazing if you like going out. It is walking distance from all the Bushwick nightlife.
In spring and summer, with power and internet, the utilities are about $80 a person a month. My roommate pays internet and I pay power, then we add it up and divide by 2. The power is more expensive in the cold months because the heat is electric. By March it gets more affordable. I'm also leaving my air conditioner. I bought it last summer and it works amazing!

I'm bringing my belongings but the bed can stay if you want. Most of apt will remain furnished. The apt is a 2 bedroom with a small living room in between, so you don't share a wall with the other roommate. She has a cat (literbox in her room). The cat is so nice and likes to cuddle and hang with company. You can even touch his belly (crazy for cats, so nice).
The building also has a grungy Bushwick rooftop, which is great for tanning, reading, hosting friends, etc. Let me know if you'd like to tour, in person or on video call!
