My roommate’s heading to Philly (not running away, I promise), so I’m looking for someone to take his spot in our great 2BR on Havemeyer and Hope.

The room fits a queen bed, has solid storage, and the apartment has a comfortable shared living space and a well-equipped kitchen. We’re on the second floor above a French restaurant (no noise issues), with tons of great bars, restaurants, and coffee spots all around. Laundry’s just a block away. The only real downsides: the bathroom is on the small side, and there’s no central air, but we get by fine with window units.

The lease starts August 1, but I can be flexible if you need to move a little earlier or later. Rent for the room is $1,900/month, utilities not included (heat and hot water are).
