About This Lister

Hi! We are the current leaseholders (he/him, she/her). We have absolutely loved living in this apartment—especially the incredible sunlight and the building management. The only reason we are leaving is that we’ve outgrown the space and are moving to a 2-bedroom/2-bath just down the street. We love the neighborhood too much to leave! We will be handling the viewings personally and can answer any questions you have about the building.

To make the lease takeover official, our building management has a standard application process. Here is what they’ll need from you:

The Application: A completed application form and authorization to check records.

Application Fee: $20 per applicant (and guarantor, if applicable), payable via credit card.

Financials: Recent bank statements from your checking/savings accounts.

Proof of Income: They are flexible here! You can use two recent paystubs, an offer letter, a recent W2, or if you are self-employed, a CPA letter or tax return showing your adjusted gross income.
