Rent is $1,250 a month plus utilities ($100 =gas, electric, wifi). Deposit is $1250 with a signed sublease.

The room is 7x15 with two windows that overlook a gorgeous garden in the summer. The room is partially furnished with a mattress and dresser but can be unfurnished if you wish.

We're looking for a responsible woman, with proof of income, who is looking to rent month to month. There is the possibility of a long term stay if we all vibe. You must be clean, communicative, and willing to pitch in with taking out trash/recycling, and keeping the apt clean. We also split a cleaning service monthly to get that sparkly clean look.

This is not a party house, and it's not a bring home the partner situation. Our landlord lives next door. No couples, no pets, no smoking.

Laundry and coffee are one block away and the grocery is two blocks away. The NW train at 36th ave is a 4 min walk.

The neighborhood is on the dividing line between Astoria and Long Island City, which puts you walking distance from incredible restaurants and bars.

It is a pretty quiet street, and our apartment is blessed with a front porch for people watching! A short 4 min walk to the N/W at 36th Ave. If you prefer the 7 at Queensboro Plaza it's a 15 min walk away. Quick, easy access into Midtown, Union Square, UES, and Greenpoint.

Common areas come completely furnished. No need to bring kitchen stuff we have it all! There is a dishwasher, Netflix, and HBO.

Please tell us about yourself. Current roommates are women in their late 30's working in TV/Film/Art. It's a pretty quiet household where we can recharge. We do our socializing outside of the space.

Again, we prefer someone with a 9-5p to fit with our current tenants.
