The unit is west facing on the 6th floor of an 8 story apartment complex and includes a private balcony, massive windows, hardwood floors, and granite countertops. The building has an elevator, great roof space, private courtyard, a small gym, 24/7 doorman, package room, laundry room, and optional parking/storage. The apartment looks out over Morningside Park, which is only one block away, and gets excellent natural light from the large west windows.

The neighborhood is very walkable, with two grocery stores (LIDL and Lincoln Market) just around the corner. There are many excellent cafes, restaurants, and bars within a 5 minute walk. Morningside Park is only one block away, and Central Park is only a 10 minute walk away. Nearby 125th street has many great stores including a Target, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe's, and the Apollo theater.

The kitchen has a gas oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator, deep sink, and ample cupboard space. The kitchen is large enough for 2 people to comfortably work in at the same time.

I am the current tenant and my wife and I have lived in the space for almost a year and a half. We will be showing the space.

We have absolutely loved the apartment and location, but are moving to shorten our commutes to work.

Rental requirements

Requires submitting an application ($20 non-refundable fee per applicant) and approval by the leasing office.

Rent is $3,591.11 per month, due on the first of every month. The first month's rent and one month's rent as a security deposit are due when signing the lease. The unit is rent stabilized, so prospective tenants must meet the income requirements (both minimum and maximum) for the apartment. There is no broker fee.
