NOTE: THIS SUBLET REQUIRES PET SITTING

Subletting my apartment in the quiet part of Haight-Ashbury, near Panhandle, Golden Gate Park, and on the Carl & Cole (N line) muni stop. My preference is for someone who can sublet for the entire time, with a little flexibility on the start and end dates.

I'm offering subsidized rent in exchange for pet sitting my low-key Siamese cat Bailey. She needs fresh food and water daily, litter scooping, and a few snuggles once she warms up to you (she's shy at first).

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Cole Valley neighborhood is walkable and friendly, full of beautiful victorian homes iconic to San Francisco. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance, including Woods Brewery with a backyard garden, a local cheese and wine shop, and multiple local grocery stores (including a Whole Foods within 10 min walk).

THE SPACE
A generous 1 bdrm plus a bonus room office with lots of natural light. Fast WiFi and all utilities covered. Access to a shared backyard garden/patio. I planted swiss chard and arugula in the garden beds you're welcome to enjoy.

The street is a quiet neighborhood street, the apartment faces the back so there's very little noise. There's coin-op laundry shared between the units.

Street parking is available, or Kezar Stadium parking offers spaces for rent.
