Looking for someone to take over my lease. Have loved this apartment, but decided I want a roommate.
It’s right on top of Fulton St subway station so you can get pretty much anywhere in Manhattan in only one train which is across the street.
The building is pretty rule- free which is something that I have actually liked about it. It is young (lots of post grads).
In building washer and dryer.
There is a loft space above the kitchen - amazing for storage - unlimited room basically.
Management is also easy to deal with and the application process is much easier than many other places in the city.
