Hi! I’m Kirill. My wife, Liya, and I are the current leaseholders of this apartment. We live here with our two Chinese Crested dogs and have truly loved the space and the building.

I’ll be the primary contact and the person showing the apartment. There’s no broker involved on our side, and I’m happy to answer any questions or help coordinate viewings directly.

We’re moving to bigger apartment —otherwise, we’d absolutely be staying.
