I am doing a long term search for a roommate in my 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in the most charming old farm style duplex in East Williamsburg with shared garden bbq outdoor space. My room is my office where I will be only a few times a month, so basically you have the whole apartment the majority of the time.

This apartment has lots of space and when I am not there, you get the whole thing! Your room is just off the kitchen, through the french style doors (beautiful) with an off shoot room (with an extra window) that gives you even more space is a cozy meditation, exercise room... closet you name it. Make it yours. You'll see in the photos. This is a unique space as it is one of the original Brooklyn farm houses. As I am coming in and out a few times I will be taking care of the rest of the rent and will share the utilities.

This is a fully furnished apartment with room to add some of your own taste. There is a queen size bed and frame in your room along with a dresser and side table.

This is a perfect long term sublet and transition place for New York and the best is that you will be in one of the BEST neighborhoods in all of Brooklyn. Can't beat this price also for a one bedroom. The closest L is Graham, then up on Woodpoint Rd between Jackson and Skillman if you want to look it up.
