Looking for someone to fill my Soho one-bed apartment during my travels. The apartment is in the 5th floor of a walk-up building and has a queen bed and desk/vanity in the bedroom (great lighting for taking zoom calls).

Living room/dining has a 2-person (and very nap-friendly) sofa, TV (with nearly every streaming service available), long table, many puzzles, and a record player (with my growing record collection).

Separate kitchen with refrigerator, stove, air fryer, and fully stocked nespresso machine!

*Minimum 1 week stay, but flexible on dates*

Location is in the heart of Soho (Prince & Thompson street)--near shoppping, coffee shops, and iconic restaurants! Also a 10-min walk to Washington Square Park!

Near Houston 1/2, Spring A/C/E, Prince R/W, and Broadway-Lafayette B/D/F/M

Laundromat is a 5min walk away.

All utilities (wifi, water, electric, etc.) included!
