Easily walk to the Union Square farmer's market, Chelsea Flea, and everything that neighboring Flatiron, Chelsea, Gramercy, East Village, and Murray Hill have to offer!

APARTMENT DETAILS. Thoughtfully designed open floor plan - hardwood floors, tall (9.5 ft) ceilings, spacious living/dining area, and plenty of storage (large bedroom closet + additional closet in entryway!). Perfect size for one person and could also work well for a couple.

Elegant finishes throughout. Bathroom is fully tiled. Bedroom fits a queen sized bed (with room for small desk/dresser). Renovated kitchen with gas stove, microwave, and full sized dishwasher!

No laundry, but there’s a very affordable same-day pickup/delivery place (door-to-door laundry service) just around the corner.

I'll be fully moved out by 2/1, but getting rid of most furniture and more than happy to sell (at a heavily discounted price!) to the new tenant, if interested!

Official lease transfer begins February 1, 2026, but can discuss early move-in option.

Standard application (2 recent bank statements, paystubs, tax returns, ID, proof of income, and background check). I'd cover the $20 application fee.

If approved, the landlord will officially assign the remainder of my lease over to you.
