A rear facing and quiet apartment with hardwood floors throughout, close to the East Village shops/bars and Tompkins Square Park. Very close to multiple laundromats. 4th floor walk up with steam heating and a fire escape on one window.

Currently I use the larger rear room as a bedroom (pictured), however previous tenants have used that as a living space and made the interior room the bedroom.

Rear room with two windows can easily fit a King sized bed - pictured is a Queen.

Located between 1st Ave and Ave A the closest subway is the L, however Astor Place and Union Square are both within walking distance.

Pets allowed on a case by case basis with landlord permission - building currently has a few cats and dogs.

Rent is $3,500 a month + 1 month security deposit.

I am the current tenant of the space having lived here for 3.5 years now and loved it.

I am breaking my lease only to move to a different area. Moving out at the start of May and seeking a replacement tenant for my landlord.
