The apartment features large sunny windows, hardwood floors, plants, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The living space is clean and comfortable, with a queen bed, an air mattress, and a comfortable couch for guests. The fully stocked kitchen includes a dishwasher, and there’s a washer/dryer in the building’s basement. The building has an elevator, though there are three steps at the entrance (not fully accessible).

Located in the heart of Midtown East, the apartment sits on a quiet block with everything you need right on the corner—coffee shops, restaurants, stores, and more. Transit is excellent: the E, M, and 6 trains, as well as the M15 and M50 buses, are all just minutes away.

I live here full-time and will be traveling for six weeks. It’s a truly comfortable winter stay—warm, peaceful, and convenient.

Rate: $6,500 for the full 6-week stay (all utilities included).
