Hello! I’m subletting my beautiful, furnished 1-bedroom / 1-bath apartment in Clinton Hill while I’m away for a year. This is a legal 12-month sublet with landlord approval required. I'm looking for a quiet, responsible working professional who will care for the space and enjoy the neighborhood as much as I have.
The space is a generous 750 sq ft, loft-style with 10.5’ exposed wood ceilings and east-facing windows that fill the apartment with morning light. It overlooks a garden and soccer field, so you won’t have any direct-facing neighbors — it’s incredibly private and peaceful.
The apartment is in an elevator building with a live-in super, and includes a laundry room in the basement for easy access.
It’s also fully furnished, including a queen-size bed, dining table, nested work tables (1 standing/1 sitting), chairs, bookshelves, and a cozy living area setup — just bring your suitcase!
The kitchen has ample storage and a full-size dishwasher, microwave, and there’s private gated parking available for an additional fee (if spots are open).
Heat, water, and gas are included
Internet and electricity are billed separately
No pets, sorry!
The building is tucked into a quiet part of Clinton Hill, very close to the Pratt campus, with easy access to:
G train on Washington
B54 bus
Short walk to the C train
You’ll be near some of my favorite neighborhood spots — independent cafés, bakeries, restaurants, Fort Greene Park, a Saturday farmers market, grocery stores, an art supply shop, USPS and UPS just a few blocks away. The vibe is peaceful, creative, and community-oriented.
Hi! I’ve been living in Brooklyn for 15 years and currently work in the fashion industry. I also love to paint and spend time exploring the neighborhood’s parks, markets, and cafes. I’m heading out of the city for a year and looking for someone mellow, clean, and respectful to sublet my place — someone who’ll treat it with the same care I do and enjoy the space while I’m away!
If this sounds like a good fit, I’d love to hear a bit about you!
