It's on the 1st floor of a walk up. It's right near Baruch, NYU hospital, and Bellevue. Doctors, residents, fellows, medical and dental students - this would be perfect for you. I keep my apartment very clean and am looking for someone who will do the same.

The apartment is very quiet (my unit is at the back of the building away from the street).

Neighborhood:
It's close to Gramercy Park and Madison Square Park. It's close to the 6 train, M101/102/103 buses, and the M15 bus. I'm close to Trader Joe's, Morton Williams, Fairway, and Gristedes grocery stores (and many others). There are a lot of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and brunch places nearby. Everything you need is within a couple block radius.

Utilities are not included: Internet $70 / Electricity varies between $100 - $125 during the summer
