Hi I'm looking to sublet or lease transfer for my true one bedroom, one bathroom apartment in east village.

The apartment has a big bedroom with french doors that fits a full bed, 48 inch desk (in its own nook), and has its own closet. The windows are south facing so you get natural light pretty much all day. The bedroom then flows into the living room, which is pretty big -- I have a couch, tv. and a breakfast table. That then flows into the kitchen (gas burners, microwave, plenty of storage), and then at the end of the apartment is the bathroom.

- Roof top with public access
- 10 minute walk from the L train on 14th and 1st, 10 min walk from the 6 on Astor

Cons
- 5th floor walkup, though you get used to it fast
- No in unit or in building washer/dryer
