Apartments for Sublet
My partner and I are subletting our apartment from December 9th-January 9th.
It is a large one bedroom with a backyard. The apartment is on the first floor, a few steps up from the street. The block is quiet and often has parking (if you drive).
The neighborhood has many great bars and restaurants in walking distance. It's also about a ten minute walk from Maria Hernandez Park and many grocery stores.
The apartment has a circular layout. You enter through the kitchen, which leads to the living room/backyard, a small working/office space, a large bedroom, and a little storage room. The living room and kitchen get very nice sunlight, especially in the mornings.
The space is clean and fully furnished. We would love to find someone who is similarly clean.
We ask that you not smoke in the apartment, but feel free to go out on the stoop or hang out in the backyard.
