The apartment is in the heart of DUMBO with 5mins walk to all restaurants & coffee shops of the neighborhood. It is an 8mins walk to the A/C/F trains or a 20mins walk to the city, over the Brooklyn bridge. Brooklyn Heights is within a 10mins walk and Downtown Brooklyn is within a 30mins walk.

The neighborhood is very ively, there are many families and truly gives a neighborhood feeling.

My name is Lila (she/her) and I have absolutely loved this space! I've lived here with my fiance for 2 years but for personal reasons we're moving to NJ.

I used to live in Williamsburg and I really enjoyed the change to DUMBO as it has more character and easy-going vibes.

I am skipping the brokers and putting this place out there to help someone who is looking to move relatively quickly into this beautiful space! I will be showing the space with my fiance as we still live in the apartment.
