Hi everyone,
I'm an artist/researcher, looking to sublet my spacious and light one-bedroom (2 zimmer) apartment in Prenzlauer Berg between Sept 15-Oct 15 2025 (exact dates).
The apartment is 64 sq meters, renovated, has hardwood floors and very hight ceilings with stucco detailing (3.5 meters), and an elevator (that goes to half floor only). The place has two rooms, there's a separate eat-in kitchen, and a bathroom with a rain shower and washing machine (no tub). The living room is comfortably set up for live-work (ample deskpace). Queen-size bed in the bedroom. + There is a balcony.
The area is just above Botzowkietz above Volkspark Friedrichshain. Trams M4, M10 / S-Bahn Greifswalder Strasse stop, quiet side street, south facing.

I am in my early 40ies, an interdisciplinary artist, organizer and researcher. Before Berlin, I spent 10 years in Brooklyn, New York and happily used this listings service with great results.

The cost is 1800 Euro (not USD, sorry there is no option to change it) for the full stay, all bills inclusive/ fully furnished. Security deposit 500 Euro.
To book we will sign an agreement and exchange passport info for security purposes. To avoid last minute cancellation a non-refundable 50% deposit is required, which goes towards the full amount of the final booking.
A cat usually lives here, but he will be travelling too. Due to steps and limited elevator access, the flat is sadly not wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately no anmeldung.
I'm looking to sublet to a single person with a green thumb and happy to send pictures on request.
