This is a charming, tastefully renovated 1 bedroom apartment in an owner-occupied townhouse. It's got a separate entrance under the stoop. The house is on a great block very close to the Clinton-Washington stops of the C and G trains, a block away from a supermarket, a quick walk to Fort Greene Park, and near plenty of restaurants and cafes. The apartment has a small bedroom but it can accommodate a queen bed and a dresser. Storage space is great; there are 2 large closets just outside of the bedroom as well as another storage area off the living room. There is a small dishwasher and a washer/dryer combo unit in the apartment. The floors have radiant heat and we provide a window A/C for the bedroom. *Please note that the photos are a mix from various previous tenants.
About This Lister
We are a mom, a dad, a high schooler (she/her), a college student (he/him), and 2 dogs. We live upstairs and are helpful if you need us but respectful of your privacy. We do not use a broker; all showings will be with one of us.
