Apartment is on a high floor, it is bright, with high ceilings and an extremely large separate bedroom. We get direct natural southern sunlight in the living room and bedroom. There is also a spacious separate fully equipped kitchen for cooking, with a dishwasher and windows letting in eastern sunlight.

The building is a pre-war building, quiet with friendly and respectful neighbors. There is a live-in super. Laundry room in the basement with a laundry card.

I'm looking for someone who will be able to take care of the space and be quiet and respectful with neighbors in the building.
