I am traveling back home to see family and looking for someone thoughtful, clean, communicative, and considerate to take over my place for a month and look after my plants. (+ enjoy the stunning sunset view for me!) Sorry but pet is not allowed.

APARTMENT
- Spacious living room and bedroom.
- South-facing with a stunning view (it is the top floor and nothing is blocking the view).
- Central AC and Heating,
- Laundry room on the basement floor
- WIFI avilable.
- Dishwasher, stove, and microwave, rice cooker, a Nespresso machine, and basic cookware.
- Queen bed and narrow working desk and Monitor in bedroom
- 4 seatings and round table for dining
- Sofa (I don't own a TV!)

ACCESS
The apartment is right above A, C, G train at Hoyt Schmerhorn, a couple blocks away from 2, 3 (Hoyt st), B, D (Delkab st) F, N, W, R (Jay st) trains.

I love my apartment so so much. It is such a cozy homey place for 1 or a couple to have enough space.

$1,000/week for the apartment, and I'd prefer someone who can take the whole month. Will need $500 deposit.
