I'll be traveling from 11/9-11/15 and am looking to sublet my bright, spacious, gut renovated, 1 bedroom apartment in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. It's right next to the Brooklyn Museum, Botanic Gardens, and Prospect Park. Short walk to the 2,3,4,5 and B/Q trains. Near lots of bars, coffee shops, and restaurants.

The apt has:
Dishwasher
Projector
Queen sized bed
Office space with desk and monitor
Lots of kitchen gadgets: espresso machine, kitchenaid, etc...

$125/night. Total stay: $750. Looking for someone who can stay the entire time.

Would request a security deposit up front of $300. If you're interested, send along something about yourself (if you have a link to an vacation rental profile or social media, that would be great).
