Hi! My partner and I are leaving for the Summer for contracts. We absolutely love our apartment and want to make sure it's in good hands for the duration of our absence!

The apartment is a 1 bedroom right off (3 min walk) the NW 30th Ave stop in Astoria, NY. Our neighborhood is incredible -- there are numerous bars, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and a gym on our street, all with very friendly staff making for a really lovely community. The apartment has central AC in the living room and bedroom, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, bath/shower, and a skylight. We will also leave our espresso machine here for our subletter to use!

We only have one neighbor who is very friendly and one set of stairs up to the unit. Our dog (hypoallergenic) will be coming with us, but we are extremely tidy and will have everything cleaned prior to your arrival. Our landlord is incredibly kind and attentive (a New York miracle).

Utilities are typically ~$150 and our wifi bill is $30. This is a really perfect space for a couple or someone who is looking to have a private, quiet space in the city for the summer.
