APARTMENT:

You will have 2 roommates, Jack (27) and myself (Marc/31) who will be resigning on for a 2nd year in this great apartment. The apartment has a spacious living room/kitchen area already furnished with 3 large windows providing a lot of natural light and a full bathroom on the first floor. We also have a private outdoor space perfect for hanging out and entertaining outside. You can access our private backyard through both first-floor bedroom windows or by a doorway through the basement of the building. The apartment has central air. The roommate would need to sign the lease in June. Move-in is August 1.

YOUR ROOM:

Your room would be on the first floor level. The room is massive with plenty of natural light. The current roommate has fit a queen bed, desk, a couch, and TV. You can comfortably fit whatever you could want in this apartment. Hard to find a better deal than this!

NEIGHBORHOOD:

Located right around the corner from the Bedford-Nostrand G stop, a 3-minute walk to the subway. Several grocery stores/laundromats in the area as well as many bars, restaurants, and Home Depot.
