Hello! I'm posting this b/c I'm looking for a 3rd roommate to fill a room in a 3 bedroom apartment in Brooklyn. It's a duplex apartment with all the stops. The unit has a sprawling living room with plenty of light and an eat in kitchen. Central A/C and Heat throughout. We have a half bathroom downstairs and a huge backyard. Upstairs we have three very generous bedrooms with plenty of space for work spaces and beds. We also have washer/dryer upstairs with plenty of closets. Landlord pays for water, but tenants are responsible for other utilities (electric, wifi, gas).
