Hi my partner and I are leaving town for the month of March and are looking for someone to sublet our fully furnished 1 bedroom house on a nice and quiet street in Highland Park close to both York St and Figuroa. We will be gone from February 28th to April 4th.

It's a very quiet and spacious house with a private outdoor area and detached studio in the back. We use it as a music studio - we have a nice upright piano in there and it's acoustically treated - but could be useful for all kinds of workspaces. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and we have in-unit laundry. In the living room, we have a nice sound system and projector for watching movies. We also have a private parking space in the front of the house.

The unit is one half of a duplex house (the nextdoor neighbors are our friends and are great).
