**Design-Forward One-Bedroom in Bushwick**

**August & October — $4,500/month**

I'm subletting my thoughtfully curated one-bedroom apartment in Bushwick for two months: August and October. I can be flexible about extensions/early arrivals if that's helpful.

This is my full-time home and I've spent lots of time, energy, and love curating and caring for it, so I'm hoping to find someone who will be equally mindful. No pets, please!

The apartment is in a newly constructed building (completed in 2024) that's nice and quiet; there are only eight units in the building and everyone is warm and respectful. My apartment is located on the second floor, requiring one short flight of stairs as the building does not have an elevator.

I've intentionally furnished and styled the space with a warm, restrained aesthetic—lots of sourced vintage alongside some really functional modern touches (central heat/air conditioning, smart lighting and appliances, heated tiles in the bathroom, double linen curtains on tracks in addition to blackout rollers in the bedroom, Sonos speakers, etc.). It also offers tons of natural light, access to a small private balcony, and has two lovely/large trees in front of the living room window, which are some of my favorite parts of living here.

Happy to give whoever is interested a rundown on furnishings, but below are some quick overviews.
Living room:
- Restoration Hardware Cloud Couch
- Handmade (by me and my partner) wabi-sabi coffee table
- Second velvet sofa that includes a pull-out bed for guests
- Samsung Frame TV
Kitchen:
- New smart appliances
- Washer/dryer
- Fully stocked cooking necessities (high-quality stainless/copper pots and pans, wok, cast iron, etc.)
Dining:
- Vintage burl wood table and cantilever chairs
- Stainless steel shelving with functional decor (vases, candlesticks, etc.)
Bedroom:
- Queen-sized bed with natural linen bedding
- Second Samsung Frame TV
- Sonos speaker
Bathroom:
- Sonos speaker
- Heated tile floors
- Deep tub
- Floor to ceiling tiles
- Contemporary brass fixtures

The neighborhood is also really lovely. It's super conveniently located in terms of trains (about a seven-minute walk to the Myrtle-Broadway JMZ and a ten-minute walk to the Morgan L) but is also nearby a ton of great food (Ops, Roberta's, Bunna, Eyval), coffee (La Cabra, Sey, Loveless), a local cinema (Syndicated), Maria Hernandez Park, lots of thrift shopping, and so on. Plenty to do in the area with a very sweet community feel.

To recap:
– One-bedroom apartment
– $4,500/month
– Fully furnished
– Central heating and air
– Washer/dryer in unit
– Wifi included
– No pets allowed

If you're interested, please reach out with a brief intro and your intended use of the space. I'm happy to answer any questions.

About This Lister

Hi! I work in interior design and have spent a lot of time thoughtfully putting this space together, so it really feels like home. I’m naturally tidy and keep things clean and well cared for.

I live here with my sweet little dog (he won’t be around during your stay but deserves a shoutout!). I love all kinds of art—film, music, sculpture, design—and that love definitely shows throughout the apartment.

I use she/her pronouns and will personally be reviewing all inquiries to make sure it’s the right fit on both sides. If you’re interested, I’d love to hear a bit about you!
