- 1 bedroom in Bed-Stuy/Bushwick for rent with a full bed in the third floor of a townhouse. The room is warm with a full bed, an electric piano with weighted keys, a desk with a monitor, and a red brick accent wall.
- Close to J (2 mins) , L (12 mins) , and C trains (10 mins).
- Well-equipped house and well-decorated. We have a projector too if you want to watch movies. Just ask and I can write instructions for you. Also well-decorated :)
- Very well-lit with sky lights in the living room, kitchen, and bathrooms! Huge windows in the rooms. We don't turn on the lights until nightfall!
- You will be sharing the space with one other person or one your own (in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom space).
- There is a grocery store 3 minutes away, with several cafes 5 minutes away, a lovely bakery with amazing focaccia that opens Thursday-Sunday on Rockaway Avenue, a comedy club as well, bars, etc. There are small pharmacies 5 minutes away in every direction as well, and a library about 7 minutes away. The street itself is a quiet residential one with brownstones.
- We have many plants, they're beautiful!! To keep them beautiful I'm going to ask you to water them haha.

Notes:
- The house is mainly occupied by vegetarians. We prefer subletters who are the same but are not disturbed by those who who eat meat :). Just know that we don't have kitchen equipment dedicated for handling meat (i.e. a separate chopping board or knives for cutting meat if those are different). Let me know if you need these accommodations (I can buy a chopping board for example).
- No washer or dryer, there is a coin-based laundromat right around the corner which is $2 per wash and $1 per dry, run by a very friendly family.
- This house is not wheelchair accessible as there is a stoop and an internal staircase leading up into the apartment.

I'm a PhD candidate in Neuroscience of Language in my final year, which means I'm veeeeeeeeeery busy. I also am training as a psychotherapist. Besides this, I'm also a singer-songwriter. I adapt songs from my different languages, Arabic, French, and English :), and sing them for fundraisers, now especially to raises relief funds for Lebanon and Palestine, which is where I'm from (Lebanon).
