This is a 1 Bedroom in the heart of Greenpoint's historic district, located in a 3 unit Landmark Brownstone. It is a spacious floor through unit in a very quiet 3 unit building.

Location wise, it is nestled between Manhattan Ave and Franklin St, only a block away from the G train and multiple Bus routes. It's blocks away from places like Taqueria Ramirez, Paulie Gee's, Kettle, Three's Brewing and plenty plenty more.

The apartment itself is a 1br with kitchen, a cozy "TV room", and a spacious bright living room. The kitchen is fully equipped (including portable dish washer!!), and there is a work station in the living room by the window for remote work, with super fast fiber internet. Bedroom has a very comfy Queen sized bed.

Reflected in the lower price is caring for our cat, LC. He is a very friendly, 8 year old rescue cat, who is more like a dog than a cat.

We are looking for somehow who can take care of our cat, and our space, while we are visiting family in France for the month of August.

About This Lister

We are a French/American couple, living in New York City for the better part of 8 years. We have been in our Greenpoint apartment for the past 4+ years and absolutely love it. Lucile works for an NGO, and Christian works in gaming.

We will be gone for the month to visit family in France which explains the dates. We want someone who loves cats, and would be happy to spend time in our lovely apartment, which we love so so much.
