Beautiful sunny one bedroom apartment fully furnished, ready to move in with just your cloths and any other personal items you may want. All lease holder’s personal items have been removed, leaving only furnishings, kitchen supplies, air conditioner, fan, and minimal decor.

We’re looking for a person or couple (non-smoking with no pets) to sublet our 1BR/1BA apartment while we spend time upstate. We are looking for a minimum 9 month stay with possible month to month after.

About the Apartment:
- 1br/1ba on 3rd floor (elevator or stair access; but there are 4 stairs up from the sidewalk to the building entrance; this is not an ADA accessible unit)
- Open kitchen/living room plan with custom kitchen cabinetry, eat-in kitchen island, and entry coat closet
- Huge east and south-facing windows for amazing sun exposure in living area and bedroom, and deep-set window sills
- Just refinished hardwood floors throughout (except for the tile in the bathroom)
- Bathroom has a tub/shower combo
- Good-sized bedroom with queen bed and double-doored BIG closet (one big South-facing window with AC unit)
- Two empty bureaus also ready for clothing storage
- Tall ceilings! Ceiling fan in living area
- Furnished apartment and stocked kitchen; subletter brings own bed and bath linens
- Mature house plants (will need weekly watering) — plants can be removed from space prior to occupancy if that is your preference
- TV that can be connected to whatever streaming services you have
- Chill and quiet neighbors (unit is at very end of hallway with window to fire escape—feels fairly private) — it is on the corner of two residential streets
- 19th Century factory building turned apartments— building amenities include elevator, key-code package room, Amazon locker in lobby, and coin laundry in the basement
- Rooftop access with view of Manhattan skyline, bring your own chair or blanket and have a picnic
- Easy street parking around building
- Mail box with key
- We regularly hire a cleaning professional whose name we can share if you are interested ($100/clean paid directly to her)
- Located blocks away from South Williamsburg Ferry stop; 10-min walk to JMZ lines at Marcy Ave stop; easy access to multiple Citibike docks, Kent Ave bike lane, 12 minute walk to Domino Park, and great spots like Marlow & Daughters, Diner, City Acres Market, and more. The neighborhood is a nice retreat from the activity of Williamsburg yet close enough to enjoy all that Williamsburg has to offer.
