Large, sunny, beautiful furnished one bedroom apartment on a quiet brownstone-filled block in Brooklyn Heights. The apartment is on the fifth floor of a walk-up building. There is a large living room, a large dining room with a Juliette balcony, a bedroom, one bathroom, and a separate kitchen (fully stocked with cookware and equipment). High-end, mid century furniture throughout. Just two blocks away from the Brooklyn Heights promenade and a short walk to Brooklyn Bridge Park and Dumbo, close to multiple train lines and tons of restaurants and coffee shops. Just one train stop away from downtown Manhattan. Walking distance to the Dumbo ferry stop.

We are looking to sublet to a quiet, respectful individual or couple who will be respectful of the apartment and neighbors. Sadly, no pets are allowed in the building.

Available from June 25-July 31. Dates can be slightly flexible. We are ideally looking for someone who would like to rent for the entire time.
