I'm looking to sublet my sun-filled 1-bedroom apartment in Hollywood Heights while I'm away traveling. Ideally one-month minimum stay, dates can be flex. Reliable WiFi, tv + projector (netflix, hbo, prime, criterion, hulu), and washer + dryer in unit, All utilities included.

- Street parking available (I have never had a problem getting a spot)

- Pet friendly
