I'm looking to sublet my sun-filled 1-bedroom apartment in Hollywood Heights while I'm in Europe. Ideally 3-month minimum stay, dates can be flex. Reliable WiFi, tv (chromecast), and washer + dryer in unit, All utilities included.

The apartment is brightly lit, quiet, serene, and on ground level (but elevated) and conveniently located:

- Very close to the 101 highway (very central)
- Street parking available (I have never had a problem getting a spot)
- Small side yard with bbq (note this is shared with the upstairs neighbor)
- Walking distance to Hollywood / Highland Metro, shops and restaurants, Runyon Canyon, The Walk of Fame, The Hollywood Bowl, The Chinese Theater, Hollywood Farmers Market, Yamashiro, and many secret stairways
- Pet friendly
