1-bedroom in Crown Heights (Eastern Pkwy and Bedford Ave) available from January 2nd through April 1st (end date might be flexible). New building with all the amenities (gym, coworking space, rooftop, front desk, elevators, etc). One block from the 2/3 4/5 Franklin Ave stop and 3 blocks from the Brooklyn Museum and Botanical Garden, 15 min walk to the Grand Army Plaza entrance of Prospect Park.

I like taking really good care of my apartment and cleanliness and consideration for the space are really important to me. It’s a deeply cherished home and I am looking for someone conscientious. Only one person.

This arrangement will be a housesitting agreement, not a sublease. Fee includes all utilities (high-seed FiOS internet, electricity, heat / A/C) and also biweekly visits by my housekeeper for deep cleanings. I also have a washer and dryer in the apartment.
