Neighborhood:
Cobble Hill is one of Brooklyn’s most charming and livable neighborhoods. It's by far my favorite neighborhood I've lived in. It's got a residential feel while still being in the heart of everything. We're surrounded by brownstone buildings, tree-lined streets, and a mix of local favorites and new spots.

In walking distance you’ll find cafés, bakeries, bookstores, bars, bistros, vintage shops, boutiques, movies, and gyms. For groceries, we have Trader Joe’s, Mr. Beet, Dumbo Market, and Whole Foods all close by, plus specialty grocers. Right on our block, you can grab a bento box from Ten Ichi, or a snack from the 24/7 bodega downstairs.

Cobble Hill Park, Carroll Park, and the waterfront are all a short walk away. Perfect for walks, runs, bike rides, picnics, etc.

Transportation:
- 2 min walk to F and G trains
- 8 min walk to A/C, N/R/W, F, and 2/3 trains
- 15 min walk to 4/5, B/D, and LIRR trains
- Many buses too

With so many stations close by, you can reach downtown Manhattan in <15 minutes or explore other parts of Brooklyn easily, often without even needing to transfer.

My roommate (30F) is clean, kind, respectful, and a wonderful roommate and friend! We often like to cook dinner and watch a show, or go out for food and walk along the water. We hang out together, but also spend time independently and are very respectful of one another's space. Looking for someone with a similar vibe to sublet my room.
