Looking for a part-time or full-time roommate for the second bedroom in my Windsor Terrace apartment.

The apartment is a sunny 2-bedroom, 1-bath just off the F/G Fort Hamilton stop. Prospect Park is five minutes away, and the neighborhood is full of great restaurants, coffee spots, and quiet, tree-lined streets. Super easy street parking, too.

The available room is set up as a guest room/office with two lofted twin beds and a built-in desk, but it comfortably fits a queen on the lower level. There’s also a walk-in closet with lots of storage. Also happy to discuss making the lofts into a queen bed.

Looking for someone kind, considerate, and easygoing who’ll treat the space with care. My sweet dog Oslo and friendly cat Nico (pictured) live here too.

Available mid December–June, with the option to extend. Dates flexible.
