Move-in date: last week of June. Rent is month-to-month, with flexibility to negotiate the length of stay and move-in date.

The bedroom includes a small closet and comes furnished with a bed, a mirror, and a cabinet. The apartment is spotless and filled with natural sunlight. It's located in a great neighborhood—just a few blocks from the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and Prospect Park.

Travel time to downtown Manhattan is about 25–30 minutes via the 2, 3, 4, or 5 trains from Franklin Avenue Station.

Utilities are included.
