Hi! I’m a professional working in the city. I’ve lived in this apartment for several years and have really loved the space and the neighborhood. I’m subletting while relocating to Brooklyn, and looking for someone responsible who will take good care of the apartment during the sublet term.
The building is quiet, well maintained, and in a great part of Hell’s Kitchen close to the subway, restaurants, and the Hudson River.
