• Private Bedroom & Full Bath: Your bedroom is located at the opposite end of the apartment from mine, offering privacy and comfort. The room is east-facing with a street view and plenty of natural light. Comfortably fits a Queen sized bed + desk. Bed is included, but rest of furniture pictured in the room will be removed.

Shared Amenities:

• Washer available (no dryer, but drying racks provided).
• The third bedroom may be open for storage if needed.
• Fully equipped kitchen (I’m mostly vegetarian, but open to all dietary habits).

• Third-floor walk-up.
• Cat-friendly home—I have a feline roommate, so animal lovers are a must!
• Some furniture may change as my current roommate moves out.
